This website is to show college students that when there's a will, there's a way. Studying abroad is a wonderful and life changing experience that can not be over looked. Please do not let fear or the stresses of the application process hold you back. Even if you have limited funds there are numerous ways to make your dream come true. One way is by applying to the Gilman International Scholarship. If I did not receive this scholarship I would not have studied abroad to Chile, learned a second language, traveled throughout South America, lived with a Chilean family, and become hired to work in a bilingual elementary school!
